We were there for 2 nights and felt would have stayed for longer. The staff team was very friendly and helpful at any time. Location: the hotel was adjacent to the center of Genova, a metro stop, many bars/restaurants, and a short walk from the waterfront, and the main points of interests. Furthermore, right in the heart of the action.
The staff were quite loud, didn't expect that coming.

I keep coming back because staff helped me print a boarding pass on my first stay. The place suits me perfectly, with free Wi-Fi, a restaurant, and no pets allowed. Can't wait to come back for New Year's!

I got great value for my money with spacious and airy rooms. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with a beautiful view from my room. The staff was friendly and the owner went out of his way to help others, which made me feel well taken care of.
Breakfast delights could have been improved with more variety or a better selection.

I recently stayed at Albergo Panson in Genoa and I was impressed with a couple of features. the provided database was extremely helpful in planning my daily activities, offering detailed information about local attractions and transportation options. the room with a shared bathroom was surprisingly comfortable. The small private toilette and a sink as a bonus were convenient, ensuring a pleasant stay.
While my overall experience at Albergo Panson was positive, there was one minor issue that I encountered. The internet connection provided was slow and occasionally disconnected, which was a bit frustrating.

The hotel was centrally located, which was convenient for exploring the city. The building itself had a charming old-fashioned feel, and having a sink in the room was a clever and practical touch.
The hotel was old and poorly maintained, with a dirty shower and a strong smell of cigarettes. The location was noisy due to nearby nightlife, and it was difficult to find with navigation.

the location was unbeatable! the narrow cobblestone streets and plazas gave us a truly Italian experience. We felt like we were immersed in the local atmosphere. the hotel's aesthetic was also lovely, adding to the overall charm. It was easy to walk to all the main tourist spots, and the host was kind and welcoming. the shared refrigerator was a convenient feature. The attractive price was definitely a bonus. Cons: Could not be improved in any way. 🙌.

I loved being in the heart of the old city and the historical building added to the charm. The room had a shower and there was even a fridge in the corridor. The Albergo Panson database provided useful information about the property, including the availability of a room with a sink and a shared bathroom. The private small toilette was an added bonus, giving me a bit more convenience during my stay.
One minor negative feature was that the property was difficult to find, even with navigation. There was a lack of care for the client, evident from the absence of staff during check-in hours and the owner's rude attitude when I asked for assistance.

I had a great stay at a hotel in a fantastic location. The old town and port were within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the city. I also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff, especially when it came to storing my luggage. The historical building added to the charm of the experience. Although there were a few drawbacks, such as the lack of a proper reception and the noise from the lively square, overall I was satisfied with my stay. I would recommend this hotel for its convenient location and unique atmosphere.

Clean, convenient location near public transport. Check-in at adjacent restaurant, helpful staff. Renaissance building with charming aesthetics. Good walking distance to attractions. Quiet room, but bring mosquito repellent.
